Emie Bowlby
Emie Bowlby, CEO & Founder of Next Level Partners, started her company in 2018 with the idea that she could help business owners of all different shapes and sizes by sharing her accounting, technology, and risk management knowledge.She has 23+ years in the banking industry, where she turned climbing the corporate ladder into an adrenaline sport. Her background includes the areas of retail, operations, accounting, compliance, risk management, and technology. One of her greatest achievements was being part of a team that helped revitalize a troubled bank. That passion for helping others and solving problems led her to join the entrepreneurial world upon retirement from banking. Emie holds certifications as an AAP (Accredited ACH Professional) in electronic payments and as a ProAdvisor in QuickBooks Online. She received her BBA in Accounting from Eastern Kentucky University.In her spare time, Emie runs the behind-the-scenes technology on her sister’s online show, Sash & Bow Live. She enjoys bourbon, books, spending time with her family, and is an avid gamer.

Erin Foster
Erin is a seasoned financial professional with over twenty years of experience in financial reporting and analysis, new system implementations, process improvements, and budgeting.Before joining Next Level Partners, LLC Erin worked in the healthcare industry. As Director of Sponsored Programs Accounting for Cincinnati Children’s Hospital she was responsible for overseeing the setup and management of $220M of grant funding which included financial reporting, AR/AP maintenance and preparation of division scorecards. She oversaw multiple system implementations and was the lead on the Indirect Proposal Rate. She was also responsible for the Annual Report for the Research Foundation. She executed process improvement opportunities and streamlined daily operations for her department.Erin holds a BBA in Accounting from Eastern Kentucky University and MBA from University of Phoenix. In her spare time Erin enjoys boating on Lake Cumberland, chauffeuring her teenager daughter and friends around or crafting in her craft room. She can also be found curled up reading a good book.

Sandy Lumpkins
Sandy comes from an extensive background in banking, customer service, accounting, and administrative positions.Before joining the Next Level Partners in 2021 Sandy worked with a government entity in which she was responsible for Human Resources, Payroll, Account Payables, and the Main Street Program. Sandy also worked 10 years in the banking industry from teller to customer service representative to assisting loan officers with loan processing.In Sandy’s spare time she enjoys watching her son Cody bowl for the University of Cumberlands, attending her daughter ShaKayla’s cheer games, and camping with family.Sandy resides in Beattyville, KY with her husband Dwayne, their 2 children and 5 dogs.
